Wait a minute. How likely is it that a convicted murderer or rapist is going to be free to even go to college; much less apply for financial aid? And would the numbers even be comparable? 75,000? I hope we don’t have 75,000 convicted murderers/rapists just walking around. I’d much rather take College Algebra with a weed head.
